Every event inherits the same room we run every night: neon, screens, bar rail, tables, and a kitchen that stays busy until close. You are stepping into a working bar — tuned for volume — not a blank conference shell.

• Food: one kitchen, two lanes — grill and fusion — from starters and skewers through mains, kids, and share-friendly plates. See the full menu and prices.
• Drinks: full bar — beer, wine, cocktails, spirits, non-alcoholic — with the same pace you would expect on a busy Esplanade night.
• Service: floor team trained for fast turns, loud rooms, and groups that scale up fast.
• Hours: we open daily 5pm–10:30pm. Plan speeches, arrivals, and kitchen orders inside that window unless we have agreed something different in writing.

Birthdays, send-offs, milestone nights, hens and bucks that still want a real bar — not a function centre carpet. We hold sections, keep pours moving, and keep the room switched on from first toast to last round.

Share the rough head count, any must-have dishes from the menu, and whether you want the energy up front by the screens or slightly set back. We will talk through what fits the night — and what keeps the kitchen and bar honest when everyone orders at once.

We work best when marketing and ops talk to the same clock: when doors open, when food lands, when the bar peaks. Send that in your first email and we will respond with what is realistic inside our service model.

1. Enquiry. Email or call with date, approximate numbers, occasion, and any non-negotiables (screens, seating zone, dietary notes at a high level).

2. Hold & detail. We confirm availability and what we can commit on the floor. Larger or bespoke events may need a deposit or minimum spend — we will spell that out plainly.

3. Night-of. Arrive into the same neon room guests see every night — lights, sound, kitchen, bar — with your group folded into the run of service.
